Account Deletion Policy & Request
This policy applies to the Wholesale Plus application, developed and published by Wholesale Plus Limited. We respect your privacy and provide transparent steps to delete your account and personal data.
Steps to Request Account Deletion

In-App Request (Recommended)
Open the Wholesale Plus app on your device, log in, navigate to Profile > Account Settings, and select the Delete Account option. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

Web Submission Form
If you have already uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can fill out and submit the Online Deletion Request Form on this page.

Data We Delete
- Personal Profile Details (Name, Photo)
- Login Credentials & Saved Addresses
- Wishlists & App Preferences
- Session History & Cache Data
* Deleted within 7-14 business days.
Data We Retain
- Order Details & Tax Invoices
- Financial Transaction History
- Logistical Shipping Documentation
* Retained for up to 3 years solely for tax, legal regulatory compliance and auditing purposes.
Active Orders Notice: Accounts with active orders, pending shipments, or unresolved payment issues cannot be deleted immediately. Deletion will proceed once all pending operations are completed.
